My name is Daniel Sabinasz and I’m a cognitive scientist and computer scientist from the city Duisburg in Germany. I’m interested in the inner workings of the human mind and computational modeling of mental processes, as well as the mysteries of the universe in general. Therefore, these are the topics that I blog about.

I’ve received a B.Sc. in computer science from RWTH Aachen University, a M.Sc. in cognitive science from Ruhr-University Bochum, and an Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree from Udacity. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Neural Computation at the Institute for Neural Computation in Bochum, Germany.

If you’d like to contact me, please do so by email to I’d also be thrilled if you leave comments to my blog posts, as this helps me to stay motivated.
